By using Tossy or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
The service
Tossy is an iOS app for reviewing and cleaning a photo library. Features may change as the product evolves. Some capabilities require a paid plan or are limited by a free daily quota after trial.
Your photos
You remain responsible for your photo library and for any deletions you confirm in the system delete sheet. Tossy provides tools to review and request deletion; Apple’s Photos permission dialogs govern what the app can remove.
Purchases & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel renewals in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds, when available, are handled under Apple’s policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or app, attempt to disrupt infrastructure, or use Tossy in ways that violate applicable law.

Tossy is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for photo loss arising from deletions you confirm.
